must have a minimum down payment of $500. The
maximum purchase price for Duval County is $200,160.
The assistance will be in the form of a non-amortizing
(no monthly payments) 2nd mortgage at 0 percent
interest, for 15 years. The amount borrowed
is forgiven after 15 years. If property is sold
or transferred before the 15 years, the original
balance of the loan amount becomes due in full.

The Housing Partnership receives SHIP funds
