As the Team Leader, I am the manager of my business and my team, I am the listing specialist and marketing specialist. I am generally the first point of contact for customers and I determine how the leads will be distributed. I plan the marketing events, training events, choose the communities to work in and hire and train new agents coming into the business with me. Attend seminars and events to enhance our business.
